课程介绍
《供应链管理》是研究供应链构建、运作与管理的基本规律、理论、方法及其实践应用的专业主干课。本课程的教学内容包括供应链与供应链管理的基本概念、供应链网络设计、供应链管理战略与策略、供应链物流管理、供应链信息管理与供应链绩效评价等。
Supply Chain Management study structure, operation and management of supply chain, as well as the rules, theories, and methods. The goal of this course is to cover not only high-level supply chain strategy and concepts, but also to give students a solid understanding of the analytical tools necessary to solve supply chain problems. The main content include the strategic role of a supply chain, the key strategic drivers of supply chain performance, and analytic methodologies for supply chain ananlysis.
