《交通运输工程学》 全面介绍了铁路运输、公路运输、水路运输、航空运输和管道运输以及综合运输多式联运等各个领域的基本理论与专业基础，简要叙述了各种运输方式的主要设备、设施和建设技术，并对其运输能力、组织与管理、规划与评价、配制与协调以及发展趋势进行了阐述。
Transportation Engineering introduces the basic theory and knowledge of railway transportation, highway transportation, waterway transportation, air transportation and pipeline transportation and comprehension transportation. This course introduces the major vessel, technology, construction and infrastructure of these transportation modes. Furthermore, it also introduce that for different transportation mode, transportation capacity, organization, planning and measurement, assignment, etc.
