课程介绍
《库存管理》课程教学目的是使学生充分认识到库存管理在社会再生产过程中的地位和作用，掌握库存管理的基本理论和基本规律，学习库存管理的各项业务内容和库存管理技术，了解库存管理的发展趋势，为学生今后从事物流管理工作打下一定的基础。
课程内容包括：存货与库存、商业组织中的存货、经济型订单批量、已知需求模型、未知需求模型、信息来源、需求预测、计划和存货、物料需求计划、准时制运作。
该课程的教学目标是使学生掌握库存管理和控制的相关理论和方法，了解库存管理和控制发展趋势，并能结合行业特点加以应用。
Inventory Management --- this course provides you with fully aware of the status and role of inventory management in the process of social reproduction, to master the basic theory and the basic law of the inventory management, learning the business content of the inventory management and inventory management techniques, understanding inventory management development trends, to lay a certain foundation for students engaged in logistics management.
The course covers the inventory in stock and inventory, business organizations, economic order quantities, known model of demand, unknown model of demand, sources of information, demand forecasting, planning and inventory, material requirements planning, just-in-time operation.
The teaching goal is to enable students to master the theory and methods of inventory management and control, and understanding of inventory management and control of the development trend, and combined with the industry characteristics to be applied.
